CORY
The 1012 Cory project is a 6 unit multi-family development with 3 residential levels, a subterranean garage and a roof deck with a pool. The project is located just south of building/garage across the street.
The building has a modern aesthetics with a sensitivity to the residential neighbors in regards to massing and material selection. The building is pushed back beyond the required building line to allow for more landscaped area. From this point the structure steps further away, both vertically and horizontally, to minimize the appearance of a three story building.
The main material of the exterior is a cement board. At the feature doors and windows the siding will meet a steel frame to maintain the tidy look.
